Since all our products are made to order, all sales are final.  We do not offer returns or exchanges.  

Exchanges/Refunds are granted if the incorrect item has been sent.  Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will happily assist you to correct the issue.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
